Harden Mews , Armthorpe, Doncaster
This development, currently under construction, is for 19 dwellings on a 'back garden' site in the Doncaster suburb of Armthorpe and comprises a mixture of detached, semi-detached and town houses, each with rooms on three different floor levels.

Lavell Mews, Eccleshill, Bradford
This project was for new housing on a former industrial estate within the Newlands Regeneration Area of the City. The scheme was developed as a single cul-de-sac in two phases to allow for the progressive clearance of the former industrial buildings on the site. The development consists of a mix of two and three bedroom town houses, semi-detached and detached units in traditional construction.
